before Mrs. Florica Todos taugt at I-VIII classes
and all the time was concern on the good training
of pupils towards their age and class.
We mention that this letter
of recommendation was approved to use it at “Free
Children” Christian Association from Livada de Bihor.

The
undersigned, Mister Crainic Mircea, in the quality
of mayor, of Nojorid common, Bihor county, I want
to support the building of a Family Home in Livada
locality, giving my approval.
I mention the fact
that in Livada locality, Nojorid town-hall offered
a piece of groung (a house place) through concession
to Mrs. Todos Florica. She intends to build a Family
Home on this piece of ground for the abandoned children
and through the Association found in Livada, with
the provisional location in Livada locality, No.11,
Bihor County, Romania, which want to organize different
charity activities whose purpose is to promote the
right of people.
I give my agreement
for the activities and the actions enterprised by
this Association (with social activities of benefit
and help) leaded by Todos Florica, in quality of
President and Director.

named TODOS FLORICA, so that her preoccupation and
her work of years which she brings to help the sick/ill
children, the abandoned children.
Being a locality
in continuing development, having many young families
in the village, I see a perfect integration of these
children, either in the family or in the Livada
School with I-VIII classes.
In my quality
of counssellor I affirm that the realization of
this investment will have the full support from
the Local Council.

collaboration with the
Christian Association “Free Children

Taking
into account the objectives/purposes with a deep
human character, that “Free Children Christian Association
is going for, as part of its activities – respective,
to build a Family Home for the abandoned children
or to attribute, in foster families some of the
abandoned children to the interested families –
the leaders of the School with the classes I-VIII
from Livada, locality where the Association has
its location, takes the responsibility to integrate
these children in the collective of our school.
We mention that
there are the necessary conditions for a good integration
of these children either in school and kindergarten
and in this meaning the educational staff gives
their best to reach at a best collaboration with
“Free Children” Christian Association.

PROTOCOL OF COLLABORATION
BETWEEN “FREE CHILDREN” CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION
AND “MAN” FOUNDATION

This
protocol has on the base the mutual respect and
the commune wish to promote the superior interest
of child and the old persons into family and community,
the support of family life cooperation in community
the involve of the members in solving their own
problems.
Significative parts
of the present protocol are:
1. ACCL with the residence in Livada de Bihor, represented
from TODOS FLORICA, in President quality.
2. MAN Foundation with the residence in Oradea,
B-dul Dacia, No.30, Ap.27, represented from Tamas
Adina, in President quality.
This protocol was completed from the wish significative
parts to self accord mutual support, for to reach
commune objectives.
The objectives of the significative parts are:
- reciproc visits
- to spend the free time, with the display each
recreative activities
- the celebration each special events together the
children and the old persons
Ex: - 1 June – the day of the child
- 1 October – the day of the elderly people
- the Christmas, etc.
- the form each work shops, where children can interest
the old persons intelligence and habits (practices)
The decisions of collaboration to be take in commune
toward significative parts, after everyone between
they to designate one person, which it will represent.
Significative parts have the just to self defend
the public image and they can’t assume the obligations
in proper noun or name relating to making operation
in commune, only with together accord.
Modificate the present protocol to can do, only
with the accord significative parts.
